We’re seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to plan and coordinate maintenance activities across a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site. You’ll ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safety, quality, and production targets.


Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed Term (until June 2026)


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and manage daily/weekly maintenance schedules (preventive, predictive, corrective).
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce disruption.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy and generate performance reports.
• Ensure spare parts, permits, and resources are ready for scheduled work.
• Support shutdowns, line changeovers, and compliance with safety/GMP standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling and asset uptime.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years’ maintenance planning/scheduling experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, MEX, etc.), Excel & Power BI.
• Understanding of mechanical/electrical/automation systems.
• Trade background or technical qualification highly regarded.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
